Why are there seven years for the Tribulation?

• What disobedience of the Jews was worse than refusing to enter the promised land when they spied out the land for 40 days? The consequence from God was that they would wander in the wilderness 40 years – one year for every day.
• The answer to the above question is seven days in which they inflicted the Son of God during His crucifixion week which immediately followed His Triumphal Entry and ended immediately before His resurrection. Seven Days of Affliction. For each day = one year of tribulation, unlike no other.
