Isaiah 27

  • A comparison between Jesus’ Red Blood and a Red Glass of Wine; both words in Hebrew are translated “dam” or “dom”.

The Restoration of Israel in the Millennium

Isaiah 27:In that day (when Jesus returns) sing (happiness) to her (Israel),
“A vineyard of red wine!
  1. to boil, foam, foam up, ferment
    1. to boil, foam up
    1. to be troubled, be in turmoil
  2. to be reddened
  • The “boiling” of a sea of people during the Tribulation creates a glass of the best red wine which God calls His vineyard, Israel! At the end of the Tribulation every last Jew will recognize their savior and be saved.
  • At the last supper Jesus lifted His glass of wine and declared “this is my blood (dam) shed for many for the remission of sins.”
  • As it turns out, the worst soil is the best soil for growing grapes with a thin topsoil and plenty of sandy rock for drainage. (A soil of affliction)
Once made, wine must be stored in a dark, dry place (like a tomb).
It must be stored in a horizontal position (like Jesus on the tomb’s bed).
