Revelation 9:1 Then the fifth angel sounded: And I saw a star fallen from heaven to the earth.

• The star who has fallen from heaven to the earth is opening the bottomless pit to “WAR”. The “star” is Satan the serpent who indwells the Antichrist.

• The rise of the Antichrist begins as a “caterpillar larvae” then a “little horn (power)” in Daniel, then a “head” (ruling a kingdom) to being indwelt by Satan and called a “beast” or “dragon”, becoming synonymous with Satan and his monstrous deeds.

THE PROGRESSIVE POWER OF THE ANTICHRIST:

In Amos LXX he is called a “larvae”.

In Amos LXX he is called a “caterpillar” and “The King of the locusts” Amos 7:1 Thus has the Lord God shewed me; and, behold, a swarm of locusts coming from the east; and, behold, one caterpillar, king Gog. Ezekiel 38:1 Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying, 2 “Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog.

In the book of Daniel, he is a “little horn (leader/power)” Daniel 7:24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise; and another shall rise after them, and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings. Daniel 8:9 And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south and toward the east and toward the pleasant land.

He grows in power among ten kings (leaders/powers)

In Revelation, He rises above them all, ten kings give their power to him Revelation 17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, who have received no kingdom as yet, but will receive power as kings for one hour with the beast.

He replaces three of the ten horns/kings (leaders/powers) with himself Daniel 7:8 I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

Sometime during this progression, he makes a seven-year peace treaty with Israel Daniel 9:27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;

The peace treaty is the trigger that sets off the Seven-Year Tribulation

In the middle of the tribulation, two events occur that change the world: 1) The Antichrist betrays Israel by breaking his seven-year treaty (covenant). He is the beast that becomes a global leader with supernatural powers. [See: Isaiah Chapter 21] 2) Two Witnesses are killed by the Antichrist

The Antichrist is wounded. He has a withered arm and a blind eye. He dies.

He has a miraculous “resurrection” of technology, mimicking Jesus’ true resurrection

He is the 7th horn (of a total of 7 after replacing 3) and is now called the 8th horn as the “image of the beast” for he was and now is. The 8th horn is run by the False Prophet who causes everyone to worship the “image” of the beast.

At the end of the tribulation, on the Day of the Lord, Jesus returns with His saints and angels, saving the Jewish remnant. The Antichrist is chased through the Jezreel valley and slain. Both the Antichrist and the False Prophet are thrown into the Lake of Fire.

WHO IS THE ANTICHRIST?

The Antichrist is one of a handful of people in scripture indwelt by Satan: The Pharaoh in Egypt who fouls the waters of people (Ezekiel 32:2), Judas who betrayed Jesus (Mark 14:21), and the coming Antichrist (Revelation 13:2).

The identity of the Antichrist is his ancestral background: He is a mixture of Amalakite, Edomite, Syrian, and most probably Babylonian which was included in Syria during the Seleucid Empire.

* GOG (AMALAKITE)

Ezekiel 38:17 “Are you he (the one) of whom I have spoken in former days by My servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied for years (the prophets prophesied about the Antichrist) in those days that I would bring you (Gog) against them?

The name “Gog” is also translated “Agag”. Agag was the king of the Amalakites. The Amalakites were renowned for their opposition to the Jews. Haman was an Amalkite who wanted to annihilate the Jews.

Samuel‘s words to Agag: “As your sword bereaved women, so will your mother be bereaved among women” (Samuel 1:15:33) were repeated by Israeli president Itzhak Ben-Zvi in his letter turning down Nazi war criminal Adolf Eichmann‘s petition for mercy before his execution. ~ Yoseph Carmel. Itzchak Ben Zvi from his Diary in the President’s office. (Mesada: Ramat Gan, 1967), 179.

Gog is a “coalition” of ten (probably part of the ten kings give their power to the Gog Antichrist for a period of one hour):

The coalition of ten includes: 1. Gog 2. Magog 3. Rosh (lower USSR) 4. Meshech 5. Tubal 6. Persia (Iran) 7. Ethiopia (Africa) 8. Libya (Africa) 9. Gomer (Turkey) 10. Togarmah (Turkey)

* EDOMITE

The Hebrew word “Adam” not only means “Man” but is also translated “Red Ground”.

Pottery is a metaphor for Man; made from Red Clay which scripture translates as “dust”.

Due to Esau’s “redness” he was called “Edom”; the same word as “Adam”.

“Miry Clay”, found at the bottom of stagnant waters, has redness and is used for pottery.

The Pharaoh of Egypt, indwelt by the spirit of Satan, is called a sea monster, i.e. Leviathan (sometimes translated crocodile), is said to have fouled the waters (of people) (Ezekiel 32:2). Edom settled on Mt. Seir, meaning “a place of demons”. (Genesis 36:8 so Esau dwelt in Mount Seir. Esau is Edom.)

* SYRIAN

Iraq references to Babylon (The Syrian Empire included the entire Mideast including Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, extending to the border of India). When the Antichrist rules in Jerusalem, Jerusalem is called Babylon, the mother of harlots: Babylon which is Iraq.

A Babylonian Antichrist would bring the historical spirits with him; the spirits of Nimrod and the Tower of Babel: A global government, language, and currency. Also, the worship of gods from the heavens with an explosion of cultist religions, and a predatory environment.

Daniel 8:9 And out of one of them (the four horns of Macedon, Turkey, Egypt, and Syria) came a little horn (Alexander the Great) which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the Glorious Land.

The historical Antichocus IV is a “type” of the Antichrist, narrowing the four down to just one: Syria as the King of the North.

Micah 5:5b When the Assyrian comes into our land, And when he treads in our palaces, Then we will raise against him Seven shepherds and eight princely men.

Daniel 11:30 “So he (King of the North) shall … show regard for those who forsake the holy covenant. 31 And forces shall be mustered by him, and they shall defile the sanctuary fortress; then they shall take away the daily sacrifices, and place there the abomination of desolation (in the temple’s holy of holies). Daniel 11:16b He shall stand in the Glorious Land (Promised Land-Israel) with destruction in his power. Daniel 11:21 In his place shall arise a vile person, to whom they will not give the honor of royalty; but he shall come in peaceably, and seize the kingdom by intrigue. 22 With the force of a flood (army) they shall be swept away from before him and be broken, and also the prince of the covenant. 23 And after the league is made with him he shall act deceitfully, for he shall come up and become strong with a small number of people. 24 He shall enter peaceably, even into the richest places of the province; and he shall do what his fathers have not done, nor his forefathers: he shall disperse among them the plunder, spoil, and riches; and he shall devise his plans against the strongholds, but only for a time.

* BABYLONIAN (as part of Ancient Syria)

Revelation 17:15 Then he said to me, “The waters which you saw, where the harlot (worships false gods – “cheating” on the one true God who loves them) sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues. 16 And the ten horns (mid-eastern tribes/Palestinians/clay which have no kingdom yet) which you saw on the beast (Sea Monster/Leviathan/Satan), these will hate the harlot (Jerusalem), make her desolate and naked, eat her flesh, and burn her with fire (battle of Gog and Magog). 17 For God has put it into their hearts to fulfill His purpose, to be of one mind, and to give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God are fulfilled. 18 And the woman (harlot clothed in scarlet and purple) whom you saw is that great city (Jerusalem) which reigns (the Antichrist ruling from Jerusalem) over the kings of the earth.” Revelation 17:5 And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH. 6 I saw the woman (Jerusalem ruled by the Antichrist), drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.

Jerusalem is called a harlot (Isaiah 1:21) The Degenerate City How the faithful city has become a harlot! It was full of justice; Righteousness lodged in it, But now murderers.
