Scientist says human consciousness comes from another dimension
Story by Ellyn Lapointe For Dailymail.Com
A baffling new theory to explain human consciousness has suggested it comes from hidden dimensions and is not just brain activity.
A physicist claimed that we plug in to these invisible planes of the universe when making art, practicing science, pondering philosophy or dreaming, and this could explain the phenomenon that has evaded scientific understanding for centuries.
Michael Pravica, a professor of physics at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, has based the wild idea on hyperdimensionality, the idea that the universe is made up of more dimensions than just the four we perceive: height, length width and time.
But his theory is highly controversial, with one scientist saying that the cornerstone of Pravica’s theory ‘borders on science fiction.’

There seems to be a GAP in man’s understanding of other dimensions.
When it comes to dimensions, so far, we know of only four which can be measured: Time, height, width, and depth/length.
Furthermore; people have five senses with which to measure four dimensions: Touch, Sight, Hearing, Smell, and taste.
That’s it. We use five senses to make reality out of our four dimensions. But what if there are dimensions that cannot be known by our five senses? What if there were, say, twelve senses or even thousands of senses we know nothing about?
Scripture tells us there are principalities of the “air”. Scripture also tells us that we have an existence beyond our bodies. All men in some way will live forever after death.
According to Daniel the prophet, some will rise to be stars forever and some will rise to everlasting shame and contempt. (Daniel 12:2)
Einstein worked on uniting all forces with one mathematical formula. But it came to his attention that only four dimensions cannot explain all the forces which exhibit their influences. The approach is now termed the Grand Unified Theory (GUT). After his death others took up the challenge where he left off. The end result, so far as we know, is that to have one mathematical formula to explain all these forces there has to be a minimum of (no less than) ten dimensions.
